Bennett, a seasoned expert with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, our firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and unparalleled customer service. With a diverse background in civil construction, commercial structures, and luxurious residential estates, Larry brings extensive management and communication expertise to the table. He excels in decision-making and risk management, and has a proven track record of collaborating effectively with architects, engineers, developers, bankers, unions, and government officials at all levels. Throughout his career, Larry has managed significant projects, including those at Sterling Custom Homes, where he directed operations for a design-build company generating $250 million annually. He has overseen everything from preconstruction design to project completion, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Larry operated Bennett Construction, serving both corporate and private clients in California and Colorado. His extensive experience also includes working as a superintendent for Walsh Pacific Construction, managing large-scale projects such as bridges, pump stations, and luxury condominiums. Larry's educational background includes a Construction Management Program from Hartnell College and a Carpenters Apprenticeship & Advanced Journeyman Program.
